We loved the convenient location near Darling Harbour. The room had great city views and was well appointed. The staff were incredibly helpful and gave us fantastic advice for Saturday morning shopping. As trekkers and a group of friends, we found everything we needed.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. the location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to Darling Harbour, Pitt Street, and the town hall train station. the room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with great amenities. the beds were especially cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep.
the check-in process was not smooth, with a long wait and lack of clear explanation regarding the credit card hold.

We loved staying here, the location was perfect for us. We walked everywhere in no time and the harbour was very close by. Staff were fantastic, always helpful with everything we needed. The service was really quick and professional, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and cozy, with everything we needed including a great mini-bar and ironing facilities.

Great location close to Darling Harbour. My club room was ready for early check-in and had delicious canapés. Staff were helpful and swiftly relocated me when I found species on my pillow. Overall a pleasant stay with good amenities. Would recommend.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the lively restaurant scene of the area and within walking distance to many shopping malls. The service from the staff was great and the room had great facilities, with a comfortable bed and a fantastic view. The bathroom was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay.
The overall cost was very steep for the experience we received compared to other cheaper hotels in the area.

Prime location, easy to navigate around Sydney's CBD. The executive suite offers sensational harbor views while the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff were hospitable and accommodating, providing unparalleled service. The Club Lounge offerings, breakfast, and canapés, are of luxurious quality. I highly recommend this accommodation for a delightful stay in the city.
